Refund Policy

1. Delivery of Services

FoodDevs delivers all services digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin work on your project.

Delivery timelines depend on the service package you purchase and will be communicated to you after order confirmation. We aim to deliver most websites within 7 business days of receiving all required content and approvals from you.

Any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., incomplete client inputs, technical issues, or force majeure events) shall not make us liable for damages.

2. Complaints

If you have any complaints or concerns about our services or your order, please contact us:

We aim to acknowledge and respond to all complaints within 3 business days of receipt.

To help us investigate your complaint effectively, please include relevant details such as your order reference, screenshots or descriptions of the issue, and any communication history.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription or ongoing project at any time by notifying us via email at [email protected].
  • If you cancel during a billing cycle, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Since we deliver customized digital services, we operate under a no-refund policy for services that have already been rendered.
  • If you believe there has been an error or you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your concerns.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit or adjustments for future services as a goodwill gesture.

5. Client Responsibilities

Please note:

  • You are responsible for providing all required materials (such as text, images, menu details, branding guidelines) in a timely manner to enable us to deliver your website.
  • Delays in providing necessary inputs may extend delivery timelines.
